DRÄXLMAIER Group, the world giant of interior systems, electronic systems, electrical systems, components, and battery systems, have decided to expand their activities in Tunisia. On March 15, 2023, they inaugurated their second industrial unit in the North African country, particularly, in Jammal, Monastir, after the one in Sousse.
Built according to international standards, this unit will create 3000 jobs. It will be devoted to the manufacture of electrical systems for global brands such as BMW and Audi.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Fritz Dräxlmaier, Chairman of the Board of Dräxlmaier Group, who expressed the satisfaction of the board with the quality of the work done in the Tunisia site of Sousse, praising the skills of the Tunisian employees.
Steffen Jürgens, manager in Dräxlmaier Group, insisted on the importance of the Tunisia sites for the Group’s activities worldwide, which stands witness to the satisfaction with quality of work done in Tunisia.
