Noureddine Raouafi,Tunisian scientist rewarded by NASA for scientific discoveries
Tunisian physicist, Noureddine Raouafi, born in Kasserine, Tunisia, has been awarded a bronze medal by NASA for leading a team of researchers under his supervision, within the department of applied physics at John Hopkins University, Maryland, into making 4 sun-related scientific discoveries.
Speaking to Shems FM radio, the Tunisian scientist explained that the research he has been conducting with his team has taken interest into the negative impact of solar energy on satellites and telecommunication networks.
Profiting from this occasion, he addressed young Tunisians telling them they need to believe in themselves because these days offer more opportunities than ever that should be explored with hard work.
